Abstracto

The research sought to identify the major components contributing to member care throughout the life cycle of the missionary. The primary research question was, 'What are the major components that contribute to member care with One Mission Society? The study used the quantitative research method. An electronic survey was given to 115 One Mission Society field-based missionaries--78 responses were received and recorded. The survey questions were developed from the precedent research. The precedent research along with the survey findings should enhance the current care practices and the development of a 'best practice' for effectively caring for mission personnel.
