Abstracto

The Caribbean Theological College of the Assemblies of God is a representative of the church, a discipleship community, to train believers through teaching the Bible, to be ministers of God's Kingdom. The thesis emphasizes the necessity of trained ministers to do pastoral work among the Assemblies churches of the Puerto Rico District. The author used questionnaires interviews and group work. Revitalization of an intern full time study program was the strategy selected. In cases where the strategy did not work out favorably, other alternatives were structured. There are no students enrolled in the program currently; therefore, the author continues planning for 1996-97 school year.
