  • This thesis-project addresses the need for collaboration in mission among small membership churches. This collaboration or clustering for mission and outreach, enables declining small churches to pool their resources so that in working together in both local and global outreach, they can reclaim their missional call. This thesis-project demonstrates that after a season of study, discussion and fellowship together, church leaders realize that working together in mission will enable them to do together what they could not do alone. This thesis-project presents the process, procedures, and study guides used in leading three small membership churches in a six week study of the missional church. After the six weeks, five leaders from the three churches desired to continue to work together in mission and outreach.
