This project proposes a new strategy for planting churches, nurturing members, and developing leaders in the Caribbean area, preparing and testing it for three years in Guyana with students of the Bible Institute for Christian Missions. The project demonstrates a transition from evangelism in local churches financially supported and directed from outside sources to a framework in which each local church independently establishes its own agenda using its own resources.
