  • Chapter 1 defines the purpose and goals of the church growth consultant. The consultant assists local pastors in Lancaster, South Carolina, to develop a team ministry approach within each fellowship. Chapter 2 shows a biblical basis for a team ministry. This chapter builds upon the Old Testament ministry of Elijah, Moses, Jethro, and the New Testament teachings of Jesus and the Apostle Paul.
