- This project proposes, plans, and implements a support program to foster identity, meaning, and security among minority students in Concordia University in Wisconsin. Drawing on historical, cultural, and theological understanding of the barriers blocking African American students in Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod colleges, the project offers recommendations for future development of minority programs on these campuses.
