The project's purpose was to strengthen the spiritual lives of busy mothers at First Baptist Church, Picayune, Mississippi. The project director developed an equipping model based on specialized research on the challenges facing busy mothers in today's society. The project's topics included the practice of devotions, the perspectives of self, the priorities of life, and the purpose of life. The project director wrote twenty-eight devotions that served as daily homework. Each devotion was accompanied by a daily scripture card with the project director's original artwork.
