Abstrato

The thesis of this project was to train a group of adult church members in strategy planning. A training model including twelve sessions of lecture and group activities was developed, and a selected group of adults was enlisted. To test for a cognitive gain of knowledge, the experimental method of pretesting and posttesting was used. Test comparisons revealed a significant increase in the cognitive test scores of the experimental group. A t-value of 2.76 was computed which was significant at the .01 level of confidence. Other research methods employed were the descriptive survey and the historical method.
