Abstrakt

This project considers mediation as a form of conflict management within the local church community and develops a workshop using mediation for reconciliation and dispute resolution. The report focuses on the dynamics of conflict management within the church, the biblical and theological rationale for mediation, and the development of a workshop. The workshop helps church members become aware of the chraracteristics of conflict within the membership of the local church. A simplified but intentional form of mediating as a third party for intervention is the primary method of conflict management used in the workshop.
