Abstrakt

In this ministry project, the project director, taught a small group of parishioners a biblical perspective on conflict resolution, equipped each participant with the skills to resolve conflict constructively, and motivated each participant to actively resolve conflicts in the church. He used four two-hour seminars, devotional guides, a day-retreat, sermons, case studies, evaluative interviews, and prayer in this ministry project. Testing tools, response forms, and devotional guides were used for research and evaluation. While the participants demonstrated the knowledge and skill to handle conflict constructively, as a group, they lacked the volition to engage it.
