Abstrakt

This project proposes that an educational process employing experiential, formational learning rather than informational learning alone will be more effective in the essential task of preparing lay leaders in local congregations. The project equips and empowers lay leaders in Bethany United Methodist Church (Houston, Tex) and evaluates their ministry following their training.
