Abstrakt

Effective missions have a program that will ensure leaders are being developed for the next level/position of leadership; a 'leadership pipeline'. Each leadership position should have a description that states its purpose, values, key responsibilities and the necessary skills to execute the responsibilities. With this ministry description leaders can assess potential leaders for the position, provide training for executing the responsibilities and ensure coaching for a productive transition. This project develops the purpose statement, values, responsibilities, training and coaching necessary for three levels of leadership in ReachGlobal: Team Leaders, Area Leaders and International Leaders.
