Abstrakt

This project provides practical training for effective evangelism and discipleship of Hispanic Americans through home-caring teams with bilingual communication. The project includes strategic research in the areas of Hispanic Americans, church and community interaction, biblical evangelism and discipleship, home-caring teams. The project consists of thirteen sessions for the training of lay persons from a particular church to design and lead a strategic model of practical caring among church members and neighbors. The results of the contextualized biblical methodology included in this project has strengthened the strategic opportunities for ministry among the participants of the local church.
