Abstract
  • This project tested whether moral reasoning can be advanced through a short course on a current moral issue and its relation to the christian faith. The issue chosen was the threat of nuclear war and the nuclear arms race and the method of teaching was a pedagogical approach designed to enhance moral reasoning development. The results of the project suggest that positive implications can be drawn for teaching classes either in church settings or in schools and seminaries for the development of moral reasoning.
