Abstrakt

The purpose of this paper was to diagnose the Christian education in the mission schools of the Honam area and to find an effective way of guiding students in their faith. The method used was to analyze a questionnaire sent to 685 students in 7 of these mission schools. The author found problems in government policy, Christian commitment among faculty and spiritual development of the students due to the competition to enter the top universities. In order to improve Christian education, he proposed systematic training of the faculty and key students leaders, and improvement of the status of school chaplains.
