Churches experiencing growth are strengthened by shared leadirship, where leaders lead the church with vision and passion, value the contributions of all members and help bring forth the gifts and leadership qualities of others. Interventions focused on an immediate need to share leadership more broadly in the church to avoid burning out leaders. Interventions included restructuring, spiritual gifts inventories, classes, and mentoring.
