Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to develop a handbook that would equip adult mentors with increasing skills in providing spiritual guidance to high school juniors participating in a leadership training program. The handbook was divided into spiritual formation and crisis intervention units. It was evaluated by an expert panel with experience working with mid-adolecents in youth ministry and/or as a professional counselor. It was determined that the handbook would most likely increase the skills of mentors and help them deal with teens in crisis.
