Abstrakt

This project explores the leadership role of pastors in the development of governance in new Evangelical Covenant churches. This study draws upon traditional ECC ecclesiology, contemporary church planting strategies, and methods of organizational culture transference to propose a model for effective pastoral leadership in congregational governance development.
