Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to equip the deacons at Hopewell Baptist Church, Pinson, Alabama, in servant leadership skills. Research from an annotated bibliography provided the resource for development of curriculum. The project director presented the curriculum in six training sessions during a Friday through Saturday weekend retreat. A pretest and a post-test informed the director of the group's comprehension of servant leadership skills.
