This project investigates the exposition of Ecclesiastes 2:1-11 as a means of teaching that satisfaction can only be found in God. Chapter 1 outlines the purpose, goals, context, rationale, and research methodology for the project. Chapter 2 provides the theological and exegetical basis for using the Book of Ecclesiastes as pedagogy. Salient issues related to the purpose and meaning of Ecclesiastes are discussed with special attention directed to the project's curriculum, Ecclesiastes 2:1-11.
