Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to equip selected leaders with necessary assimilation skills to help connect young adults to congregational life and ministry. First, the project director researched the field of church assimilation in order to develop and facilitate various equipping sessions. Second, the project director developed a workshop curriculum to equip selected leaders with young adult assimilation skills. Lastly, selected leaders were enlisted and equipped with young adult assimilation skills.
