Abstrakt

This thesis incorporated two workshops. In the first workshop, the target group gathered to experience a process of theological reflection on the mysteries of God, Jesus, church and ministry, with an aim to gain an appreciation for pluralism and diversity. The second workshop was on the development of communication skills (empathetic listening and assertive self-disclosure as vehicles to becoming collaborative). The Whitehead method of experience in dialogue with the culture and tradition predominated. The result was a greater awareness of the need for faith-sharing and for the development of additional communication skills in learning the process of collaboration.
