The project will be implemented at the First Baptist Church of The Woodlands, Texas. The prospective new church will be 'apostolic' in that it will be a church focusing on the unchurched. The new church's form stems from Carl George's community group model that he labels 'meta-church.' The first phase of the project develops the community group leader training curriculum.
