Abstrakt

The Korean Church lost the essence and most important virtue of church, 'the community spirit of faith based on equality' owing to the negative effects of the only-growth principle stressing the size and property value of a church, the worsening duplicity of each Christian, church, and religious body caused by the increasing gap between faith and practice. This study focuses on a way to integrate 'maturity of Christian faith' with 'faith supported by reflective praxis' as a fundamental method to overcome the crisis, and planned, developed and put into action a project to nurture the faith of church newcomers as a realistic and practical strategy.
