  • Systematic change within mission organizations can be achieved through a cross-training model which focuses on four strategic components: the mission, mission tasks, mission field, and mission personnel. As personnel understand the role which other team members serve in achieving the mission, increased effectiveness, mutual affirmation, and esprit de corps result. This project incorporates ethnographic research, mapping of the mission field, personnel temperament analyses, and a workshop in which sessions provide interactive attention to the mission and the diversity of tasks executed in achieving that mission. Application of the project model proved effective in positively impacting the target organization.
