  • This project proposes that a youth leader can intentionally develop a group culture that challenges young people to engage in ministry, service, and leadership. Culture change can occur over time with theological focus, personal security, and the application of frames thinking. Leaders learned the proposed model of culture change and chose to implement it in their groups. Students were surveyed before and after the project to measure changes in the group's culture. The research indicated that the proposed model led to positive trends in student ownership.
