Abstrakt

This project's purpose was to equip selected leaders at Rolling Hills Baptist Church in Buford, Georgia, to enlist ministry volunteers based on their spiritual giftedness. The director researched available resources on spiritual gifts to develop a training curriculum consisting of six equipping sessions. Participants learned about the biblical principles of spiritual gifts as well as current ministry opportunities in their church. The director measured the project's effectiveness through the commitment of participants, group dialogue and assessment, and personal reflection. He also utilized objective evaluators in the fields of research and curriculum development to assess his personal growth.
