Abstrakt

This project proposes a model process to accomplish authentic church growth among National Baptist congregations, based on a two-year case study of Bayview Baptist Church (San Diego, Calif). The study describes a preaching model to stimulate church growth, innovative methods of evangelism, and formal discipleship training to reach and integrate new persons into a congregation, along with methods to measure church growth qualitatively as well as quantitatively.
