Abstrakt

Many people who professed faith in Christ at the LBCH were never incorporated into a nurturing group of believers where they could mature in Christ. The goal of the project was to demonstrate a model of followup which would provide believers with nurture and support. Two towns were targeted for a structured followup program in which new converts were discipled by a trained worker. The towns indicated enough potential for improvement to warrant employment of a full-time followup worker. However, since no one was incorporated into a nurturing group of believers, the goal of the project was not achieved.
