Abstrakt

This project involved working with the Associational Missions Development Council of the Greater Syracuse Baptist Association (NY) to develop an effective church starting program. The process involved determining the level of awareness toward church starting within the Association, determining the effectiveness of the Associational Director of Missions in working with the council, and developing a structure for the council. The project resulted in the development of a manual of operations which included job descriptions, denominational resources, and budget procedures related to the council's work. The project also involved the starting of a mission in the town of Manlius, New York.
