Abstrakt

This project aimed to design a revitalization strategy for Siloe Haitian Baptist Church (SHBC), Everett, Massachusetts. First, the project director investigated the Haitian demographics of Everett, Massachusetts, to determine the corresponding profile in two steps: compiling the data and evaluating the community. Then, the project director explored existing revitalization strategies to identify best practices by looking into similar revitalization strategies from literature and other church practices. Furthermore, the project director developed a revitalization strategy for SHBC by selecting and training a team and establishing a revitalization strategy. Finally, the project director presented the revitalization strategy to the pastoral team and the church.
