Abstract
  • This project sought to teach selected church members to recognize and appropriately approach biblical preaching. Chapter one identifies the goals, context, rationale, limitations, and the research methodology used in this project. Chapter two provides a scriptural and theological argument for the church's recognition and appropriate approach to biblical preaching. Chapter three addresses the theoretical and practical issues concerning the proper reception of a communicated message. Chapter four describes the plan used for teaching church members to recognize and appropriately approach biblical preaching. Chapter five is an evaluation of the project's goals, implementation, and of personal change.
