Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to develop a purpose statement and identify core values for McDonough Road Baptist Church to serve as a resource in evaluating and conducting its ministries. A task force consisting of the paid ministerial staff and five lay members worked with the project director in achieving this purpose. The larger congregation was involved through answering questions, listening to sermons on the subjects, and voting on a purpose statement and core values as presented by the task force.
