Abstrakt

The purpose of this ministry project is to develop a model of stewardship training for the Baptist Church in Fianarantsoa, Madagascar, that is both biblically sound and culturally sensitive. Chapter 2 gives the biblical and theological bases for Christian stewardship and chapter 4 contains sermons and other teaching materials implemented in the training program. Chapters 3 and 5 include the summaries and evaluations of group discussions and the questionnaire instrument. The project concludes that people give to needs but the Bible gives the proper attitude and basis for meeting those needs.
