Abstrakt

The project created a Bible study organization for elementary school children. It used centers in a club format, rather than a traditional Sunday school organization. The centers focused on storytelling, music, drama, crafts, and instructional games. The project lasted nine weeks. The goals were to increase attendance, biblical knowledge, and worker morale. Biblical knowledge increased by an average of 58 percent, comparing the pre- and posttest scores of a control group. Attendance increased 13 percent over the same period in Sunday school the previous year. Worker morale increased slightly, measured by comparing pre- and posttests.
