The thesis was that this clinical pastoral ministry college course, taught in a general hospital, would prompt observable personal and professional growth in students. Teaching methods included patient visitation, group supervision, didactic seminars, and ministry reporting. Experimental and descriptive research methodologies were used with a control and an experimental group. Student growth was evaluated in four areas.
