Abstrakt

The purpose of the project was to develop a strategy to enhance church health for Shiloh Baptist Church, Saraland, Alabama. The project director explored the demographics concerning Shiloh Baptist Church and Saraland, Alabama; explored existing methods of church health and strategy building; developed a strategy to enhance church health at Shiloh Baptist Church by selecting a team, administering a valid and reliable church health assessment, compiling the results of the assessment, and developing a strategy; and presented the strategy to the deacons of Shiloh Baptist Church. The evaluation of the project included expert opinions in the research, equipping materials, and the formation of the strategy.
