Abstrakt

An instrument was designed to determine whether churches participating in an intentional interim ministry were impacted more by the interim ministry than churches using a traditional interim ministry. The research consisted of surveying senior pastors who had immediately followed either the intentional or traditional interim ministry. The research data supported the hypothesis.
