Abstrakt

This project proposes, implements, and evaluates a course in 'Developing Church Membership' for new members and converts of Lighthouse Baptist Church in order to assimilate them into the church's ministry and mission in a reasonalble time with as little attrition as possible. Because of the course converts and new members understand the doctrine and purpose of the church, what is expected of them, and how to become involved in the church's ministry. The church experiences fewer losses of new members and converts.
