Abstrakt

This project develops and evaluates a process to help 10-12 couples in a local congregation to enhance marital relationships as they learn to communicate acceptance and affirmation in marriage. Based on interviews and surveys the project conducts a marriage enrichment retreat. Of the 21 participants, nine experience an increase of 10 percent or more in knowledge and understanding, while 20 increase in some degree.
