Abstrakt

The author carried out a ministry case study to examine the congregation's role of responsibility and privilege in the teaching and training of the children and youth of the church. The study revealed the church was looking for others to take on this role. The work of the project reinforces the role of the congregation in faith sharing, specifically with youth. Topics addressed are: baptism, confirmation, the Wesleyan understanding of God's grace, and how a relational youth ministry can aid the church as they lead the youth in their faith journey.
