Chapter 3 addressed the social and psychological aspects of the cell group. It discussed the cell group meetings that are essential to Christian experience and growth in modern society: flexibility, mobility, inclusiveness, and effectiveness. The usefulness of cell groups in a cross-cultural setting is described in this chapter. Chapter 4 explained the procedures, program training, and equipping of cell leaders. The information obtained from Chapters 2 and 3 were applied to the program.
