Abstrakt

The project explores the dynamics of spiritual formation as experienced by a pastoral staff involved in a spiritual formation workshop. The workshop was developed upon concepts drawn from the Wesleyan tradition. The case study was conducted in a congregation of the Church of the Nazarene. The objectives were to foster personal spiritual development and increase skills to be a spiritual guide to others. Participants reported growth toward both objectives.
