Abstrakt

This paper describes how a senior pastor attempted to lead a church to seek sincerely God's agenda for its future. Using a sound strategic planning model and state-of-the-art Internet survey tools, the congregation, staff and Board all participated in crafting a God-guided, five-year strategic plan. The paper describes and analyzes the process from its inception, through the stages of its development, and into the first year of its implementation.
