Abstrakt

The primary emphasis on this report and analysis is that it provides practical ways to manage distress. The author interviewed various pastors about the sources of distress in their lives. Research and analysis was done through interviews, stress tests, and feedback from the seminar participants. There is an emphasis on the benefits of physical exercise in the reduction of stress as well.
