Abstracto

This project develops an evangelism training program for Inter-City Baptist Church. Chapter 1 provides the context of ICBC. Chapter 2 gives a biblical and theological rationale for the project, covering the biblical and theological necessity of evangelism and evangelism training. Chapter 3 provides guidance from secular education experts on adult continuing education. Chapter 4 describes the program itself, consisting three parts. First, outreach leaders were chosen and trained. Second, the course Salt & Light I: Personal Evangelism is outlined. Finally, the course Salt & Light II: Relational Evangelism is outlined. Chapter 5 serves as an evaluation of the program.
