This project develops an evangelism training program for Inter-City Baptist Church. Chapter 1 provides the context of ICBC. Chapter 2 gives a biblical and theological rationale for the project, covering the biblical and theological necessity of evangelism and evangelism training. Chapter 3 provides guidance from secular education experts on adult continuing education. Chapter 4 describes the program itself, consisting three parts.
