Abstrakt

This project proposes and prepares an operations manual for vision planning and building an organizational structure for that vision in local congregations, testing it in Trinity Lutheran Church (Jefferson City, Mo). Drawing on a theological examination and interpretation of biblical texts and visionaries throughout the history of the church, the manual establishes a theological basis for vision planning and implementation.
