Abstrakt

Helping couples at The Moody Church think more biblically about the permanence, roles, and joy of obedience to God within marriage is the project goal. Chapter 1 assesses marriage permanence in America, then identifies six objectives and four lecture themes to be delivered in a premarriage class. A survey of Bible passages addressing marriage comprises chapter 2, and chapter 3 presents a survey of current literature in support of the lecture themes. Chapters 4 and 5 tell the story and assess the success of series, respectively. Appendices include teaching outlines, class handouts, participant assessment forms, and the assessment report.
