Abstrakt

This project explores the biblical basis for a systems management model then applied it to the local church. Congregation and consistorial surveys were utilized to discover the priority needs of the church. Community needs and resources were surveyed as well as congregational resources. The project posits a systemic, holistic approach to church management results in profitability to the church both in effectiveness and congregational harmony.
